My experience with the Cosmetic and Hair Restoration clinic has been a pleasure from start to finish. Right away from the initial consultation, Nicole and the team were there to walk me through the process and address any concerns. The process itself was made very easy by the staff and the facilities and the Artas IX equipment being used state of the art which meant that the donor area healed really quickly with no visible scarring. The way in which the technicians implanted the hair has given it a really natural result. The after-care service and regular check-ins by Nicole, meant I was able to keep in constant contact during the recovery period. If you are thinking of getting a hair restoration procedure, I couldn't recommend the CHRC clinic at the Bon Secours Hospital highly enough for their top class facilities and service. Initially I was very hesitant and nervous about getting a hair transplant but from the very first moment I entered the building I was made feel at ease by the brilliant staff of CHRC. Everything was explained to me in great length, the attention to detail was outstanding. They were very approachable and reassuring with any questions I had.
