Bon Secours Health System values all feedback including compliments, concerns or complaints. Please let us know what we did well and what we could do better so we can keep improving our service.

There are three ways to provide feedback:

  1. In Person - Speak to a staff member involved in your care or a manager.
  2. In Writing - Send to your written feedback to the hospital (specific contact details below).
  3. Patient Survey - Complete the survey sent to you following discharge. All feedback is anonymous.

If you wish to make a formal complaint:

Please send an email or letter outlining your complaint to the the relevant person at the hospital you attended (specific contact details below).

You will receive an acknowledgement of your complaint within 5 working days and a written response within 30 working days. You will be notified of any delays. 

Please be assured that making a complaint will not impact on any aspect of your care or treatment.
