Our diverse community
We employ over 4,000 staff and have 500 consultants working across the multiple locations of our network.
With staff recruited from nearly 50 countries, creating an environment where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and connected to one is our priority.
We actively foster these connections through leadership promotion, awareness and education campaigns, enhanced internal communications, cultural and social events at a local level, and procedures and policies focused on promoting an inclusive workplace for all.
Accreditation
Achieving the Investors in Diversity Gold Award from the Irish Centre of Diversity recognises our network-wide commitment to EDI.
We were the first hospital group to achieve the gold accreditation.
It highlights the strong EDI awareness campaigns, educational initiatives, policies and training resources we have embedded to date.
