The Private Wound care clinic here is fantastic! Having dressed my husband's non healing wound for over 3 years, we thought this was something he would have to live with. Numerous procedures such as colonoscopies and MRI's failed to return any furth er information. We were hitting blank walls until we found Darren who really was the answer to our prayers. From initial contact he was extremely professional and knowledgeable and told my husband exactly what would need to be done to solve this. In just 3 weeks my husband is better. We both cannot recommend this clinic and Darren highly enough

The admin staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I got my appointment for my procedure really quickly and everything was explained well. I felt comfortable to ask questions. My pre - procedure appointment was close to the scheduled time and equally, the procedure appointment. The nurses were friendly and caring. I didn’t feel intimidated. I felt welcome. These are important factors to me.

All relevant staff kept me regularly informed in a friendly and professional manner.

The staff were so kind and made sure I was so comfortable during my time there. They spoke so caringly with myself through my appointment and we're so helpful with any questions I had asked. The head nurse, stayed bedside me during my procedure, spoke with me, she kept me calm, held my hands and I felt so much more relaxed from her kind nature. The doctor, nurses and staff were so welcoming. And there was not a long waiting time. Which I wouldn't have minded if there was. Also, it was so helpful when a nurse explained to me, the after of my procedure. Throughout my time there, it was pleasant. Thank you

My consultant was professional but with an easy going personality that made me feel like I could ask questions that I needed to, also everything and any effects explained in an easy to understand language, all nurses introduced themselves and communicated what they were about to do before any procedure also the hospital was spotless I could see every surface being cleaned after use, a lovely relaxed but professional relationship between staff. At all times I was being kept fully informed of my treatment and care and I felt I was given choices and my opinion mattered. I also have to add that I felt I wasn’t just a patient being given treatment I felt I was part of the decision making like I had a choice. Which is not easy I imagine.

I was impressed with every aspect of care. I appreciated the dignity and respect shown to me by the Consultant. His team were so kind informative. It was evident that the hospital has a multidisciplinary team approach as everyone, that played their part in my care, are to be applauded. This started from the kind staff in admissions to that lovely cup of tea in the evening. Well done.

All staff I encountered were very professional and efficient in their interactions with me. They also were brilliant at talking with me about the processes I was facing in such a lovely manner that I felt very much included, listened to etc. Every staff member across the various different levels I met were wonderful, an absolute credit to the hospital. Following my visit on 17th October for a mammogram, I wish to state that it was a very pleasant experience both from the receptionist and the lady who attended for my mammogram, she was very very pleasant and would certainly make anyone that was nervous feel very much at ease.”
