Referring to a hospital
Our hospitals welcome referrals from GPs to our Consultant team and Outpatient services. We work closely with private health insurance companies to offer quality, cost-effective options for your patients. If an outpatient test is not covered, or the patient does not have private health insurance, we provide alternative solutions. We have also introduced an insurance tracker tool available on our website, offering patients an indication of their coverage for procedures, tests, or admissions. Patients should still confirm their coverage directly with their insurance company, as the tool does not account for waiting periods or other policy-specific conditions.
Healthlink
Our hospital accepts referrals via Healthlink for all departments, specialties, and consultants. This allows you to send referrals directly from your patient management system, streamlining the process and reducing both administration time and postal costs. Diagnostic imaging results are also automatically sent back through Healthlink, making the referral process even more efficient.
Refer directly to a department
In addition to Healthlink, referrals can be securely sent via Healthmail to the relevant department or specialty. Our team is committed to making the referral process as seamless as possible, ensuring your patients receive timely and efficient care.
