Accommodation for patients
We aim to provide you with a comfortable stay tailored to your needs. Patients are accommodated in either private or semi-private rooms, depending on insurance cover, availability, or special medical needs.
Room Availability and Insurance
Your room type will depend on your insurance plan and the availability of rooms at the time of admission. If you require accommodation that exceeds what your insurance covers, this can be arranged after a discussion with the Patient Accounts Department. It’s important to communicate your preferences and understand your insurance entitlements to ensure a smooth experience.
Room Transfers
Due to the high demand for medical and nursing care, it may occasionally be necessary to transfer patients from one part of a ward to another or even to a different ward. We strive to keep these movements to a minimum, but should a transfer be required, we kindly ask for your co-operation and understanding.
Special Requests
If you have any specific requirements regarding your accommodation that are outside your insurance cover, please discuss these with the Administrator upon your admission. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.
Your comfort and care are our top priorities. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns about your accommodation during your stay.
