Dr Norton graduated with honours from the Dublin Dental Hospital in Trinity College in 2004 and began her career working in general dental practice and the Health Service Executive Dental Service. During this time she attained her Membership of the Royal
In 2007 she returned to full time education in Trinity College and on completion of a three year full-time programme was awarded her Doctorate in Paediatric Dentistry with first class honours in 2010. After graduation Eimear worked as a paediatric dentist in Our Lady’s Hospital for Sick Children in Crumlin and in private paediatric practice at the Burlington Dental Clinic.
In 2011 Eimear completed her Fellowship in Paediatric Dentistry at the Faculty of Dentistry at the Royal College of Surgeons in Dublin. She also provides lectures for general dental practitioners in all aspects of paediatric dentistry. She is committed to ongoing professional development and regularly attends conferences nationally and internationally.
