A GP / consultant referral is required, and the results are sent to the referring GP or consultant once available. Where results are critical, the referring clinician will receive a phone call with the results.
Referrals can be sent to the department either directly by the referring clinician or by a patient to [email protected]. Referral forms are available in the download section at the bottom of the page.
Once a referral has been received patients receive a text with a link to our online appointment portal inviting them to log on to the portal to book an appointment for a date and time that best suits them.
