All of the staff here at Bon Secours Hospital Cork know that coming to the hospital can be a daunting time. Our aim here is to make your child's stay as comfortable as possible, and we welcome your involvement in your child's care.
Additionally, the Paediatric Assessment Unit in Cork (PAU) offers rapid access to expert consultant assessment and a range of diagnostic testing for children with various conditions. Charges are capped at €525.

Bon Secours Hospitals have excellent insurance coverage in place with all private health insurance companies.
PAU Costs: The initial consultation fee is €250. Diagnostic fees capped at €275. Total Fees payable by patients capped at €525. Any fees covered by insurers will be invoiced directly to them and are additional to fees paid by patients.
Please check your insurance policy for your cover. If you have excess to your policy, this will have to be paid on admission to the unit. Should you be discharged this will go to your final bill.
