About

Miss Jean O’Riordan is a Consultant Urologist originally from Watergrasshill, who has returned home to work full-time in the Bon Secours Hospital, Cork.  She is a General Urologist with a subspecialty interest in incontinence.

She graduated from UCD in 2010 and completed her internship in the Mater Hospital in Dublin. She completed her specialist urology training in Australia and was awarded her fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2022.  She completed a fellowship year in Concord Hospital in Sydney which was 6 months of oncology and 6 months of female andfunctional urology.   She then completed a fellowship in University College London Hospital in functional, reconstructive and adolescent urology.   She was recently awarded the Alban Gee award at the USANZ annual meeting for the best poster presentation.

She treats men, women and children over 2 years with urological problems.
