Before I went to the pre op I was very nervous about the whole thing , operation the lot but at the pre op nurse she listened to what I had to say and she knew that I was nervous about it all she talked me through the whole procedure and put me at ease with it all and meeting all the team I just knew that I had come to the r ight place and it was from the time I went in to the time I came out my stay was perfect thank you one and all
From moment I entered the doors to time that I left, I found the staff lovely, efficient & caring. My procedure was done in a calm environment, that put me at ease....my daughter collected me & sensed the lovely atmosphere, I was kept informed all the time, a hospital functioning like all hospitals should
