Overview
As we age, our skin shows the effects of time more noticeably. Skin can lose its tone, become dull, lined, and start to lack that youthful glow. The renowned Dermalift Microface Intense treatment, offered here at CHRC, is a non-surgical face lifting procedure, which provides a real alternative to surgery in order to combat the unwanted signs of ageing.
A Dermalift Microface Intense treatment can:
1. Reduce fine lines & wrinkles whilst lifting & toning facial muscles and contours.
2. Improve facial puffiness, especially in the eye area.
3. Improve moisture retention, skin texture and complexion
Is a Dermalift treatment comfortable?
Yes, a Dermalift treatment is fairly comfortable. Probes are used to direct microcurrent to the treatment area and our Aesthetic Practitioner at CHRC will gently manipulate the muscles with a range of movements. You may experience some comfortable pressure and feel a light tingling sensation.
How can I prepare for my treatment?
To prepare for your treatment you want to make sure to avoid anything that will create sensitivity to the skin 7 days prior to treatment. Such as the use of harsh exfoliation or depilatory procedures such as waxing, epilation or IPL.
Who can have the treatment?
Anyone from the ages of 20-80+ can benefit from any microcurrent treatment. As long as you don’t have any of the listed contraindications, which our Aesthetic Practitioner will discuss with you during your consultation. A few of the contraindications which may prevent treatment are metal pins and plates in the treatment area, pregnancy, or a pacemaker.
What can be treated?
- Fine lines and wrinkles
- Crow’s feet/puffy eyes
- Hooded eye lids/sagging brows

How many treatments will I need?
Think of this treatment as a gym membership for your face. Normally a series of 6-10 sessions is needed for the optimum results to be achieved and a maximum of 2 treatments a week can be booked but weekly treatments are a usual choice. After your final treatment it is encouraged to visit the CHRC every four to six weeks to maintain your results. Our Aesthetic Practitioner will discuss your individual treatment plan with you.
