He also holds an MSc in Trauma Sciences and postgraduate qualifications in healthcare leadership.

Mr Cromwell undertook a Post CCST Fellowship in Upper GI and Bariatric Surgery at Musgrove Park Hospital in the UK, where he gained extensive experience in primary and revisional bariatric procedures, as well as complex Upper Gastrointestinal and cholecystectomy procedures.
