Dr. Zaid is a highly experienced Consultant Gastroenterologist and Physician in General Internal Medicine. He has particular expertise in diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy, including advanced procedures such as ERCP, complex polypectomy, and bowel cancer screening.

After graduating from Khartoum University in 1995, he completed specialist training in Dublin and Cork, followed by a fellowship in Advanced Endoscopy and ERCP at Mercy University Hospital, Cork. He is European Board-certified in Gastroenterology and a registered Bowel Cancer Screening Endoscopist.

With over 20 years of clinical experience, Dr. Zaid manages a wide range of gastrointestinal and liver conditions. His special interests include IBD, Haemochromatosis, and endoscopic treatment of GI bleeding.
