Dr Dafaalla Mohamed is joining us from Birmingham City Hospital as a Consultant in Anaesthesia & Pain Medicine.
Dr Dafaalla first came to Ireland in 2008 and worked originally in the Mercy University Hospital in Cork. Over subsequent years, he worked as an SHO in various hospitals across the country including University Hospital Kerry. In 2015, he joined the SPR Training Programme here in Ireland commencing in Cappagh and rotating through various other sites including CUH, Mater University Hospital, St James’s Hospital, Tallaght and St Vincent’s University Hospital.
In 2021 and 2022, Dr Dafaalla worked as a Fellow in Pain Medicine in St Vincent’s, Tallaght and St James’s in Dublin. Dr Dafaalla also has an MSC in Medical Professionalism and a Diploma in Pain Medicine.
