Adrian Brennan is a Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon with expertise in both primary and revision hip and knee arthroplasty. His practice includes total hip and knee replacements, partial knee replacements, revision surgeries, and hip and knee injections.
He completed his orthopaedic training at the Severn Deanery in Bristol, UK, and went on to specialise in arthroplasty at the Avon Orthopaedic Centre. Mr. Brennan undertook fellowship training at the National Orthopaedic Hospital Cappagh in Dublin, working with leading Irish surgeons and developing advanced skills in complex procedures. His international experience includes time at the Sydney Orthopaedic and Trauma Reconstruction Service in Australia, where he focused on pelvic trauma and advanced arthroplasty techniques. He also served as Senior Fellow at the Major Trauma Centre in Bristol before returning to Ireland as a Consultant.
Mr. Brennan is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland (FRCSI) and is an active member of the Irish Institute for Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgery, the British Orthopaedic Association (BOA), and the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons (AAHKS).
He has a strong interest in medical education, clinical governance, and quality improvement. Mr. Brennan is committed to staying up to date with the latest evidence-based treatments and aims to provide care that is tailored to each patient’s individual needs.
