Bon Secours Health System has been recognised as one of Ireland’s most reputable organisations, ranking fourth overall in the Ireland Reputation Index 2026 and retaining our position as the highest-ranked healthcare organisation in the country.

Published annually by The Reputations Agency for the past 17 years, the Ireland Reputation Index is one of Ireland’s most established independent studies of corporate reputation, measuring public perceptions of 100 of the country’s most important organisations. The study is based on the views of 5,000 members of the public and assesses key reputational drivers like trust and conduct, leadership, sustainability, and services provided. 

For healthcare organisations, reputation is built on trust. This latest recognition reflects the confidence patients, families and communities across Ireland place in Bon Secours, and the consistent dedication of our teams and consultants delivering care across the organisation every day.

In addition to its overall ranking, Bon Secours placed third nationally for Conduct in this year’s study, highlighting strong public trust in the organisation’s integrity, responsibility and how we operate.
