About
Dr. Sant graduated from Trinity College, Dublin in 1986. Having completed undergraduate general medical training in Trinidad and Dublin, she obtained the Membership of the Royal College of Physicians in Ireland in 1991. Dr. Sant began her Rheumatology training at St. James’s Hospital and Beaumont Hospital in Dublin. She subsequently spent eight months at the Arthritis Research Council (ARC) Epidemiology Research Unit in Manchester, England. She also completed a three year Fellowship in Rheumatology at the University of Michigan, USA from 1995-1998.
On her return to Ireland in 1999, she elected to work exclusively in private practice which she has done for the last 14 years in Dublin. Dr Sant has published numerous papers in peer reviewed and non-peer reviewed papers and has presented at conferences both nationally and internationally at Rheumatology conferences.
