Mr Ross Kingston
Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon
Mr. Ross Kingston is an Orthopaedic Surgeon with a special interest in shoulder and upper limb surgery, including rotator cuff repair, arthroscopy, stabilisation surgery, shoulder and elbow replacement, and shoulder reconstruction.
Mr. Kingston began his orthopaedic training in 1998, working in the Regional Orthopaedic Hospital, Limerick, as well as Connolly Memorial Hospital, Cappagh Orthopaedic Hospital, and the Adelaide and Meath Hospital, Dublin, before beginning his Higher Surgical Training in 2001 in hospitals including Beaumont Hospital, the Mater Hospital Dublin, Temple Street, and Cappagh National Orthopaedic Hospital.
A graduate of Trinity College Dublin, Mr. Kingston received his FRCSI in Trauma and Orthopaedics in 2005 and completed his M.Ch. through RCSI and UCD in 2006.
Mr. Kingston completed an upper limb fellowship in Melbourne and joined the Bon Secours Hospital Tralee in 2007. He is an active member of both the Irish and American Shoulder and Elbow Societies and is recognised for excellent patient outcomes and advanced surgical techniques, including superior capsular reconstruction for the treatment of irreparable rotator cuff tears.
Mr. Kingston’s subspecialty is upper limb and shoulder surgery, including arthroscopic techniques, shoulder and elbow replacement, and shoulder reconstruction.
