Mr. Kevin Hickey

Mr Kevin Hickey graduated with honours from Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) in
1988. Extensive training in Obstetrics, Gynaecology, General Surgery and Gynae-Oncology
followed in several Dublin Hospitals and in Leeds University Hospital, UK.
This has resulted in Fellowships in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (FRCOG), in General Surgery
and Gynaecology (FRCSEd), and a Medical Doctorate (MD ) from Leeds University in 2000 in
Ovarian Cancer Research.
As former Lead Gynaecologist/Lead Colposcopist and Gynaecological Oncology Surgeon in
University Hospital Limerick for the past 25 years Mr Hickey brings extensive experience to
his new role as Consultant Gynaecologist at the Bons Hospital, Limerick.
