Referrals and appointments
Referrals are not required to contact Bon Secours Sports Clinics directly. However, if you have a referral letter from your GP or physiotherapist, it will be accepted.
For urgent or more serious injuries, such as fractures or eye injuries, you may be advised to attend the local emergency department.
Billing and insurance
The charge for Bon Secours Sports Clinic triage is €150 at both Cork and Galway locations. This fee includes the initial assessment, diagnosis, and treatment from a clinical specialist physiotherapist, a consultant opinion if needed, and a discharge letter to your GP or physiotherapist.
Additional costs may apply for tests (such as an MRI), splints, crutches, or any surgical procedures. Please check if your health insurance policy covers you.
