I was under the care of the nurses and I couldn't say enough good things about all of them. Felt extremely well looked after.
I am attending venesection clinic, staff are top class - very attentive, atmosphere on the floor is very good which helps patients who may be apprehensive.
For me it definitely was the staff. They were so professional in their work and delivered it with such good humour and fun. I was very relaxed in a short time after going in.
