Biography
Dr. Foto completed specialist training in Pain Medicine and Anaesthesiology in Ireland. He pursued further fellowship training in Pain Medicine at St. Vincent’s Hospital and Tallaght Hospital in Dublin. Dr. Foto is a Fellow of the Faculty of Pain Medicine at the College of Anaesthetists of Ireland.
To maintain and advance his expertise in pain management, Dr. Foto has attended courses in the United Kingdom, Spain, Denmark, and other countries, ensuring his skills remain evidence-based and up to date.
He performs a range of procedures, both fluoroscopic-guided and ultrasound-guided, including:
Medial branch block, including pulsed radiofrequency ablation and denervation (rhizotomy)
Facet joint injection
Transforaminal, interlaminar, and caudal epidural injection
Sacroiliac joint injection
Peripheral nerve injection and pulsed radiofrequency ablation
Joint injections
Stellate ganglion injection, coeliac plexus injection, and ganglion impar injection
Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy
Intravenous lidocaine and ketamine infusions
Botox injections for myofascial pain and migraines
