Professor Michael Kerin is an internationally recognised expert in breast cancer management and has served as an external assessor to the UK breast screening programme for several years. In addition to breast cancer, he has a special interest in surgical oncology, particularly in melanoma, where he has played a key role in the development of sentinel node practice.
