We are delighted to share that Bon Secours Hospital Dublin has been honoured again this year with three prestigious awards at the 34th Annual All-Ireland Occupational Safety Awards, held on Friday, 10th October, at the Great Southern Hotel in Killarney. These awards celebrate excellence in workplace health and safety management. Since joining the competition in 2013, the hospital has consistently been a leading award recipient.
This year, Bon Secours Hospital Dublin was the recipient of the Healthcare Provider Award, and the Exceptional High Achiever Award, recognising our safety management system combined with our strong leadership commitment and goals to achieve continuous improvement. Sinead Morrissey was also runner up in the Safety Representative of the year awards category.
The awards were presented by Mark Cullen, Interim CEO, Health and Safety Authority along with Fergal McKevitt, NISO President and Wendy Moore, Chair, NISG, and collected by Brian Conway, Fire, Health & Safety Officer & Sinead Morrissey, Senior Medical Scientist.
We would like to thank all of our staff and consultant team for their hard work in achieving and maintaining our high safety standards, which were recognised at the awards.
