The 8th Annual Mindfulness Conference, will take place on Saturday, 6th September 2025, jointly organised by Bon Secours Hospital Cork and the Catherine McAuley School of Nursing & Midwifery at University College Cork.
This year’s theme, Mindfulness Supporting Wellness in the Workplace, aligns with Bon Secours’ commitment to employee wellbeing and highlights the “addiction pillar” within Ibec’s 2025 KeepWell Awards framework.
The conference also coincides with International Recovery Month, offering a timely opportunity to celebrate individual journeys of healing and recovery.
Now in its eighth year, the conference has become a signature event in the healthcare calendar, offering attendees a space to reflect, connect, and grow through mindfulness.
With a full auditorium anticipated, this year’s programme brings together healthcare professionals, HR leaders, neuroscientists, authors, and wellness experts for a day of meaningful dialogue and practical takeaways.
