A Dignity in the Workplace Committee has recently been formed in Bon Secours Hospital Tralee. This cross departmental team works toward supporting, maintaining and improving a positive workplace environment within the hospital. An Information stand and suggestion box has been set up in the hospital for staff to give their suggestions to promote dignity and respect in the workplace.
The Committee comprises Margaret Cahill-HR Department, Conor Clifford- Health Care Assistant, Mr John Curran – Consultant Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon, Ann Drury- Household Department, Marlo Kearney –Operational Services Manager, Owen McCarthy –Mission Leader, Susan McNamara-HR Department, Sheila Rahilly- Laboratory Department and Marie Regan – Staff Nurse.
