We are delighted to announce that ALL our hospitals have been successfully re-accredited with the prestigious Joint Commission International (JCI) certification. Our Cork, Dublin, Galway and Tralee Hospitals all passed this October to join our Limerick Hospital, which achieved re-accreditation last year. This is an extraordinary testament to our unwavering commitment to excellence in healthcare.
But that's not all.
We are incredibly proud to declare that Bon Secours Health System Ireland is one of only SEVEN organisations worldwide to earn the esteemed JCI Enterprise Accreditation status and the first to do so in Ireland.
JCI Enterprise Accreditation evaluates system-wide governance, policies and procedures and their implementation across individual facilities. Enterprise is an additional level of JCI accreditation for organisations that own multiple locations and want to foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting leading practices and processes.
Achieving this accreditation truly recognises our health system's dedication to patient safety, quality care, and continuous improvement. Above all, this accomplishment truly reflects the dedication, expertise, and hard work of our incredible team of healthcare professionals.
