Congratulations to Margaret Malone for winning the Practice Administrator/ Practice Manager of the Year. This award recognises a practice team member who has worked to improve a practice’s performance including patient experience, innovation and / or business performance.
Margaret is practice manager at the Thomas Court Primary Care Centre, based in Dublin’s Liberties area.
She played a key role in the successful integration of the practice into its current multi-disciplinary setting, which involved both moving premises and introducing various new services.
Margaret was involved in all aspects of the transition, from designing the new premises, to sourcing new IT systems, while always considering the patient first. She has been described as having a steely determination to get things right, and a meticulous eye for detail.
