Tuesday May 10th saw the first in a series of 2 hybrid GP webinars take place in Parc Ui Chaoimh with an impressive in person and virtual attendance of GPs.
The 3 speakers were Dr Maeve Durkan, consultant endocrinologist, Diarmuid Duggan, dietetics manager and Dr Suzanne O Sullivan, consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist. The topic was the impact of obesity on all aspects of womens health and new treatments and approaches in affected patients.
We look forward to the 2nd meeting in September 2022 with plans on updates in HRT prescribing and menopause management.
