We are delighted to be able to support the Cumann Iosaef Community Centre through the Bon Secours Community Initiative fund.  Since being established in 1991, Cumann Iosaef provides vital services for disadvantaged people in Tralee town and surrounding areas. The services provided by Cumann Iosaef include childcare, family support, meals on wheels, in-house meals, home-help services and CV and job-seeking skills.

“We believe that our services are crucial to the well-being of the elderly and vulnerable people in our society” said James Hussey, General Manager at Cumann Iosaef Community Centre .

“Our Centre is in much need of maintenance work, we can now address this issue with the help of the Bon Secours Community Initiative fund”

We sponsor a project which provides a gardening and painting service for elderly people who are unable to maintain their gardens or to hire help privately. With the help of the Bon Secours Community Initiative Fund, we are now able to service or replace our gardening equipment and supply staff with necessary PPE equipment”.
