The Human Resources Department provides a strategic and coherent approach to the support and development of the Hospital’s most important asset – our staff and management. We are committed to ensure that the culture, style and organisational structure of the Hospital and the quality and commitment of staff, contribute to continuously improving patient care and make a difference to patients we serve together.
The HR function is working to deliver on the Hospital HR Strategy in line with our BSHS 2025 Plan which represents the work within our department

We are part of the Bon Secours Health System Group work in collaboration with our Sister Hospitals on HR initiatives and projects, which are of benefit to the BSHS Group as a whole.
