Uro-Gynaecology is a subspecialty within Obstetrics and Gynaecology that focuses on the treatment of female pelvic floor disorders such as urinary or faecal incontinence/constipation and prolapse/bulging of the vagina, bladder and/or uterus.

Biography
Mr Umar has special interest in following areas;
1) Treatment of urinary incontinence and all other urinary problems (vaginal slings TVT)
2) Management of pelvic organ prolapse (bladder , uterus, Bowel) MESH implantation
3) Minimal invasive treatments for periods problem (thermal ablation, TCRE, fibroid resection)
4) Laparoscopic surgery (key hole) for ovarian cyst, Tubal ligation, hysterectomy
5) Infertility investigations and treatment (scans, follicle monitoring, IUI, IVF)
6) HRT (hormone replacement therapy)
