At the Bon Secours Health System (BSHS), we want to see our people learn further and grow to their full potential. It is a key element of the way in which we keep our staff stimulated, motivated and engaged. We always look at new ways to release and tap into the potential of our people. We provide assistance to employees undertaking further learning, education and development which will benefit both them and the Organisation in their career with us. This may take the form of financial support for third level courses and programmes, study leave, access to the library or in-house training/seminars, coaching mentoring, new work placements and exposure, project management experience and more.
In an effort to celebrate professional & ongoing education and empower our staff, the BSHS, in conjunction with the RCSI, is currently rolling out a number of Leadership Development Programmes for managers and staff in different disciplines across the Group, along with a Leadership course tailored specifically for Nursing Staff.
