Dr Philip Hodnett has recently been appointed to the Bons Secours Hospital Limerick. He completed his Musculoskeletal Fellowship training in NYU Langone/Hospital for Joint Diseases in 2010. His speciality training is diagnostic and MSK Interventional Radiology including joint, soft tissue and minimally invasive spinal intervention. He provides MSK imaging interpretation for many of the provincial inter-county football, hurling teams and professional rugby teams. Along with our excellent team of radiographers and nurses, the MSK intervention service continues to increase the number of patients treated for acute and chronic pain. Dr Hodnett works closely with Orthopaedic Surgery, Rheumatology, Sports Medicine and local general practitioners to allow rapid diagnosis and appropriate triage of patients.
