We are delighted to present Bon Secours Health System’s first Quality and Patient Safety Report.  Over the last 2 years, our healthcare organisation has undergone important progressive change in terms of service design and growth, capital investments, quality governance and investment in our people. At the heart of this movement is the patient; we strive to ensure that patients receive high-quality world-class care delivered by our expert nurses and leading specialists; patients experience compassion and kindness in the way we deliver that care; and patients have the best possible outcomes from the care received. It is for these reasons that we give high prominence to our quality and patient safety agenda.
