Regina Whyte ADON and Caroline Lyons CNM II recently graduated from UCD as Green Belts in Lean Six Sigma. Their Lean Management project was based in the Day Ward, Bon Secours Hospital, Galway. They were awarded with a special 5S Practitioner 2017 Award at the ceremony. The 5S methodology is a standardized process that creates and maintains an organized, safe, clean and efficient workplace.
