Dr Edgar Mocanu is a Consultant Gynaecologist and an RCOG Certified Subspecialist in Reproductive Medicine and Surgery. He graduated in Medicine from Iuliu Hatieganu Medical University, Cluj-Napoca, Transylvania, Romania in 1993 and completed his specialist training (CCST) in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 2005. He holds an MD degree from Trinity College, Dublin and obtained a Diploma in Ethics of Medical Research and Biotechnology from Keele University, UK. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and an Honorary Clinical Senior Lecturer with the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland.
