Our 2025 plan was launched in Kilashee House Hotel on Tuesday March 29th at The Bons Secours Health System Conference. The key themes of the day were Resilience, Reliability and Readiness, with thought provoking and informative presentations delivered by an impressive lineup of internal and external speakers including and a Ministerial Address delivered by Michael McGrath, TD, Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform.
Geoff Meagher, Chairman of our Board officially opened the conference and expressed confidence in delivery of our ambitious strategic goals. This sentiment was echoed by our CEO Bill Maher who reflected on the successes and lessons learned in the 2020 plan that will inform decision making in the face of existing and emerging challenges.
Bill is looking forward to working with colleagues and partners and is optimistic in the Bon Secours ability to realise our vision of being Exceptional People delivering Exceptional Care and Operational Excellence, achieving Sustainable Growth whilst Living our Mission.
