Dr. Chifan Cheuk

Consultant Rheumatologist








Dr Cheuk, originally from Hong Kong, graduated from Queens University Belfast in 1996. Dr Cheuk completed her Specialist training in the UK and in Ireland, completing training schemes at the Royal Victoria Hospital Belfast and the Cork University Hospital. Dr Cheuk became a member of the Royal College of Physicians of Endinburgh in 1999. Dr Cheuk completed a masters in Medical Science (Sport and Excercise Medicine) in 2003. Dr Cheuk also became a member of the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland and the Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland in 2003. The procedures Dr Cheuk carries out within the Bon Secours Hospital are joint injections, synovial fluid replacement therapy, medical acupuncture for pain relief and myofascial trigger point injections.
