Huge Congrats to our staff member Karen Barry who won Gold in the squat, gold in the bench, silver in the deadlift and gold in the total category at European Powerlifting Masters Championships in Hungary. Karen now becomes the first lifter to win the title of European Champion in the history of the federation.
