Bon Secours Health System is seeking to recruit a dynamic, self-motivated office administrator with experience in providing strong administrative support in a large, complex operating environment.
The postholder will be responsible to the Group CEO’s PA in providing full administrative support to ensure the GCEO’s office is operating at maximum capability, with the flexibility to respond to emerging business needs.
The successful candidate should provide a superior customer service to all those who come in contact with the GCEO’s office and demonstrate a proven ability to plan, organise and ensure that quality and deadlines are achieved. Strong proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite technology, particularly Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel is required.
