Suitably qualified applications are invited for the position of HRMIS Administrator, working within the Human Resources Department in Bon Secours Hospital, Tralee.
The successful candidate will possess the following at a minimum:
Previous experience and indebt knowledge of HRMIS software and HRMIS administration is essential
Demonstrated experience and ability of working on quality metrics and business analytics of HRMIS KPI`s is desirable.
Experience in delivering training programs on HRMIS software is desirable
Demonstrated ability and advanced knowledge of Excel is desirable
Excellent organisational skills and ability to work on own initiative as well as being a team-player is essential
Proficiency in attention to detail and accuracy essential
Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential
Demonstrated ability in meeting targets and deadlines within a busy environment is essential
