We have a comprehensive complaints policy here. The procedure for complaints are available on the wall inside the front door and in the Statement of Purpose and Function Folder on the Reception Desk.
A resident or patient can voice concerns or make a complain to the nurse in charge on the floor, the Clinical Nurse Manager or directly to the Assistant Director of Nursing or to the Hospital Manager/Director of Nursing at any stage.
Here at the Bon Secours Care Village we encourage people from the time of admission to let us know if they have concerns, as it is only if we know something is not quite right that we can rectify same.
The Care Village is interested in each resident's opinions to ensure our service is reviewed and improved in line with best practice and client choice. There are a number of ways residents can share their views through email, comment cards, customer satisfaction surverys and also verbally. We value you opinions as it helps us improve our care and enhance your daily care.
Our residents privacy and dignity is very important to us and all of out staff preserve and maintain the dignity, individuality and privacy of all resident living at the Bon Secours Care Village
