Mr. Shane Guerin has recently been appointed to the Bon Secours Hospital Cork. Shane graduated from UCC in 2000. He completed orthopaedic higher surgical training in 2011, having also earned a Masters in Surgery from Trinity College and a Masters in Engineering from Cork Institute of Technology in that timeframe. Shane completed Fellowship training in Canada in 2012 and then returned to Cork where he continues to work as Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon in Cork University Hospital and South Infirmary Victoria University Hospital.
Shane`s elective subspeciality interest is in primary and revision hip and knee replacement and knee arthroscopy.
